Wiener Linien's congress ticket is a customised public transport pass for large events.

The congress ticket enables both participants and their companions to make unlimited use of all means of public transport in Vienna (Kernzone Wien) for the entire duration of the event.

The fare per congress ticket (minimum number of tickets: 150) is EUR 17.60 for three days and an extra EUR 2.40 for each additional day. Wiener Linien also offers discounts of 20 % (from 5,000 tickets) to 30 % (from 10,000 tickets) for large congresses.

The congress ticket can be personalised by adding the logo of the event or some additional text. If over 5,000 tickets are ordered, the congress badge may even be used as the ticket.

It is also possible for each event participant to purchase their congress ticket online individually. At the request of the event organiser, Wiener Linien will provide an online link to be forwarded to the participants or published. If this is desired, please send an email enquiry to .

This ticket offers the following additional advantages:

  • 10 % discount per ticket (no minimum purchase amount)
  • In the event of loss or theft, the ticket can be reprinted.
  • The City Airport Train (CAT) can be included for an additional fee.
  • The ticket can be displayed on a smartphone using the WienMobil app (iOS and Android).
